You get 1:1 mindset meetings, fully personalised routines,  priority DM access and check ins between sessions to keep you sharp, focused and accountable.

 

How It Works

Stage One: First Step 

Complete the application questionnaire below. If things match, you’ll be prompted to book a Clarity Call.

 

Stage Two: First Call

On the Clarity Call you can explain everything about your current situation. Being open and honest about your frustrations and challenges. You will then have potential solutions explained and a plan of attack discussed for you to decide on with a clear mind.

 

Stage Three: Clarity & Action

The work starts.  We’ll go deep into things, aiming to bring about penny dropper moments and big realisations.  This flicks the switch in the head for you and reignites your fire.

We’ll set short-term aims and long-term objectives to achieve working together. The stages of change will be mapped out for you and you’ll be sent an personalised action plan to begin implementing right away.

 

Stage Four: Discipline & Routine

At this point we aim to have your habits and routines nailed. You’ll be held accountable but and coached to remain disciplined in executing daily. We work towards regular checkpoints that all build towards the end point of the coaching process.

  

Stage Five: Performance & Fine Tuning

This is where we aim to hit the long term objectives that we set out. There’ll be fine tuning involved to make sure you complete the process completely refreshed, reset and remapped. 

 

This is powerful personalised coaching process to about clarity, structure & discipline, guiding you to performing better at home, work or in your sport. 

There is no quick fix. We don’t do wishy washy sessions that go on aimlessly with no clear end. 

We work to achieve agreed objectives within a set time frame.
